There were no cell phones when Purity Spring Resort was founded—no video games or social media platforms. Back then, having fun tended to be a more physical proposition—a row across the lake, an expedition through the woods, a hands-on study of snowball-making techniques. Ever since we opened our doors to visitors in 1911, we’ve been dedicated to helping people find fun in its very purest form. Here, you’ll play on stunning sandy beaches and in pristine lake waters in the summer. You’ll enjoy crisp air and crunchy leaves along hiking trails in the fall. And you’ll wake up to gleaming, snow-covered slopes in the winter (complete with chairlifts to help you make the most of them). Whether it’s your very first time at Purity Spring or your 40th, you’ll find that the great outdoors can make for a pretty great travel companion.
