CYCLE REEBOK

Set to high energy music, and lead by certified instructors, these classes offer exercise enthusiasts of all levels an intense and fun, 45-minute non-impact, yet heart pumping workout. Cycle Reebok classes are the hottest new workouts! The Mill is proud to be the first to have introduced cardio-cycling to the Mount Washington Valley area. Instructors: Cathy Steers/Heather McKendry

TAI CHI

Ancient Chinese exercise for health consisting of graceful and slow movements that relax and strengthen both body and mind. Tai Chi works all of the body's systems deeply yet gently, emphasizing the restoration and maintenance of a state of natural health and wellbeing. Instructors: Dan Brouder and Carol O'Neil. WATER WHEELS

Water Exercise
Low intensity, water exercise program designed for men and women with limitations to joint mobility or muscle weakness resulting from arthritis and other sources.

Exhilarating water exercise program using the natural resistance of water to improve muscle tone, coordination, flexibility, endurance and circulation.

DRIP DROPS

Drip Drops follows the guidlines set forth in the American Red Cross Parent & Child Activities Program. In this course young children are helped to become comfortable in and around water so that they are ready to learn to swim. This program is not designed to teach children to survive on their own in the water.

YOUTH SWIM

Our youth swim program follows the teaching progression as outlined in the American Red Cross Learn-to-swim Program. The objective of this program is to teach children to swim and to be safe around the water.
